Maximize the Life of your car’s Paint Finish

Q: How do I maximize the life of my car’s paint finish?

A: Washing and waxing your vehicle helps protect if from environmental elements such as smog, salt, sun, and road debris. Always wash off contaminations such as bird droppings, tree sap, gas, and oil as soon as possible. Wiping them off with a dry cloth will cause scratching. When washing, use soft wet clothes with the proper vehicle soap. Harsh soaps like dish and laundry detergents will remove protective wax and paint oils, giving your car that flat look.

Wax your car every six months to protect the exposed painter layer. This slows down the process of oil evaporation and give your vehicle a durable finish and that beautiful shine!
