Had some undercarriage work done on my 2007 Honda Civic and it was going to take a few days for repairs. My insurance didn’t cover rental cars, but Blake’s shuttled me to Hertz and paid for my rental car. When it came time to pick my car up, I didn’t get off work until after Blake’s closed, so they drove my key to Hertz and Hertz shuttled me back to Blake’s where I was able to pick my car up. The whole Blake’s/Hertz team really went out of their way for me.

In addition, they gave me daily repair updates and completely cleaned my exterior and interior along with floor mats–I was not expecting such a complete level of service. My wife and I will always use Blake’s in Rohnert Park as our body shop.” – Christ L.

“Had my 2002 Honda Civic Si fixed here and Chuck was my facilitator.  He has worked on my vehicle once before when I was hit by a Domino’s Pizza manager rushing into a Bank parking lot, and I gave them an extra $1,200 to order and install the HFP kit on the Si.

TURNED OUT AMAZING!!  But, of course, someone had to hit it again, and Chuck was there to make sure the KIT got fixed as well as the Car, as I had it installed at a factory authorized shop (Blake’s), it is as if it was on the car on the showroom floor and protected as such.

ON comes another HITTER, and now it is damaged once again!!! Already scheduled my Tues. appt. at Blake’s for an accident that happened on Sunday, “10/10/10″

The good news is I have well changed my driving habits for some time and haven’t been found in fault of an accident in 6 years now counting.

Chuck will get the call once again to fix my car because I know he will show the care and attention the Car & the HFP KIT come out looking like the compliment grabber that we have built together!

Chuck has saved me on more than one occasion and I have the highest recommendation for Chuck and the folks at Blake’s, as they have stepped up to the plate to pay to keep me when necessary, and I cannot continue to praise their abilities enough!

Dear Readers,

Our primary goal is the safety of our team, customers, relationships, and community. While closely monitoring the information and updates from the various health and safety departments Blake’s has daily team meetings. We also implemented the following safety procedures:

  • Our team wears masks
  • Anyone entering the office is requested to wear a mask
  • Estimates are done outside. Customers can stay inside their vehicle.
  • Every vehicle gets wiped down with sanitizer when dropped off for a repair
  • Every vehicle gets sanitized again after the repair is completed

We understand your comfort level is key so also offer the option of complete touch-less vehicle estimates and/or repairs:

  • The initial estimate can be done on-line
  • An estimate can be scheduled for our estimator to meet you outside the office
  • For an estimate and/or repair the vehicle can be dropped off in front of our office, and the keys dropped in the key drop (this can be done during or after hours). This must be scheduled so we are expecting the keys.
  • Paperless transactions: We are able to email estimates for approval and authorization paperwork
  • Payments can be done virtually over the phone
